Five solution packages to accompany you on your path to decision management adoption, including different mixes of knowledge transfer, coaching and implementation:

• Decision Management Opportunity Assessment: work with lines of business and IT to identify opportunities for decision management and automation 

• Decision Management Adoption Starter Kit: once we have identified opportunities for decision management, we work with lines of business and IT to: a) assess your organization's decision management capability, b) chart an adoption path, and c) implement a quick-win pilot.

• Application-Specific Decision Management and Automation: work with lines of business and IT to deliver a decision management-enabled business application, using the Agile Business Rule Development methodology, co-authored by Dr. Mili, principal.

• Decision Management Capability Assessment and Maintenance: work with lines of business, IT, and PMO to perform a health check of current engineering and governance practices.

• Decision Management Capability Maturation: work with lines of business, PMO, and IT to build on, and enhance early successes by maturing governance structures and processes, and leveraging shared assets.
